for libraries, the system's purpose is to reduce information
overloaded by allowing patrons to select as little or as much
information as they so desire for their personal

Comprehensive Audit Trails with user
identification are provided for all transactions. Search facilities
are provided to display the transaction log for a specific
reservation, account (non-resident guest or management account) or
department (e.g. breakfast, accommodation, dinner). Auto-Backup of
Database at custom-defined intervals and locations. This allows
backup to any designated machine on the local area network. Backups
are in compressed format.
End-of-Day
Processing automates posting of recurring charges to guest
ledgers and performs database housekeeping. All transactions
generated by the end-of-day process are logged. |
This process is fully supported
by comprehensive reports that may be custom-selected to print
immediately and/or saved for later viewing. Saved reports are held
for a seven-day period and can be viewed and/or printed at any time.
Time Auto-Report Generation
allows for custom-selected reports to be generated at pre-defined
times. For example, a report of overdue departures may be defined to
print at 11h00 daily.
Comprehensive
Online User Manual can be called up from any screen. Email
integration for sending of Confirmations, Pro Forma invoices,
invoices, and reports. | |

phone number of the company from whom it was purchased.
