DISCOVER program is aimed at providing ambitious, dedicated and high potential fresh graduates the opportunity to discover their true potential, accelerate their growth and advancement by exposing them to wide range of challenging and enriching functions. Towards this objective, Seasia participates in campus hiring programs and also conducts a number of off-campus initiatives throughout the year.
Through DISCOVER we plan to play a crucial role in emerging as a preferred company for fresh graduates to begin their career with by offering sound foundational education, mentorship and meaningful projects. The program is built solidly around Seasia's essential business needs.
A candidate for the program will hold at least a bachelors degree in Engineering or masters degree in computer applications with excellent communication skills.
In DISCOVER we have a training program for more than three months in which we provide six weeks of class room training which is extremely practice intensive. After successful completion of the class room training the graduates have an opportunity to unleash their creativity by working on fresh applications for another six to eight weeks. All this time, they have experienced engineers and managers continuously coaching and mentoring them.
It is anticipated that through the program, members will hone their ability to think software, while becoming ever more results-driven and customer-focused. Upon program completion, the participant will earned full qualifications as Associate Consultant or higher, with formal placement determined on the basis of participant's personal preference and Saber's current business needs.
