	The User can 'tell' the system the amount of fees to be charged and the schedule of payments. The user can dynamically implement the politics of the institute. The fees for a student can be fixed at the time of admission. The schedule of payment is also outlined at the beginning of the session. The student then pays the fees as per the schedule. If he does not, the name will appear in the defaulter's list. The system keeps a dynamic record of all fees due and all payments made. The module is seamlessly integrated with the student database.

	Institute Management Software is absolutely secure. All transactions are secure; the security system ensures that once a receipt has been printed the transaction cannot be changed, edited or deleted.
